How to make stufed idli

Stuffed idli is a healthy breakfast with new twist. If ou get bored with potato stuffed idli, must try this amazing reccipe. 



Step 1: Make stuffing for idli
Take grated coconut ,add jaggery, cardamom powder and cook for 5-7 min. Stuffing is ready.
Step 2: Prepare the batter
Now take overnight soaked rice and urad dal. Now grind them and mix and rest for overnight.
Step 3: Make idli
Now add salt and baking soda and mix well. Grease a idli sax with oil. Put haldi patte, add batter, fill stuffing again add batter and again putt haldi patte, tap it. Now cover it and cook for 10-12 min high flame.
