How to make sabz deewani handi
Aaj main aaplogo ke liye bahut hi alag aur majedar recipe lekar aayi hun jo hai sabz deewani handi. Bahut hi majedar aur tasty recipe hai to jarur se bana ke try kare.
Step 1: Fry all vgetables
Heat oil in a deep pot. Add 3 big size chopped onions and fry till golden brown. now take it out on a pan. Add 10-12 cashew in the same oil, fry till golden brown, and keep aside. Now fry all vegetables one by one. when vegetables cooked 50%, add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp turmeric powder mix well, and let them cook for 90%. then take it out and keep aside.
Step 2: Cook tomato
In the same oil, add 2 big sizes of chopped tomato and cook till softened. Now add fried onion and cashew, salt a/c to taste, mix well and cook for some time. then take it out. leave it for cool down then grind it.
Step 3: Prepare deewani handi
In the same oil, add all dry spices and saute them for 30-40 sec. Now add 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste and cook for some time. Now add salt a/c to taste, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp cumin powder mix well and cook for some time. Now add tomato, onion and cashew paste, water, mix well. Cover it and cook for 5 min on low flame. Now add vegetables, mix well and again cook for 5 min by covering it. After 5-6 min, it is ready, turn off the gas flame and add 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/4 cup Amul fresh cream and mix well.
Step 4: Tadka for deewani handi
Heat ghee in a pan. Add some chopped cashew and almond and cook till golden brown. Now turn off the flame and add coriander leaves and kasuri methi in the pan, mix well and add this tadka to deewani handi.
