How to make potato smiley

2 PIECE Boiled potato ( Uble hue aloo ) 2 TBS Corn flour ( Makai ka aata ) 1/2 TBS Salt ( Namak )

In a bowl, add 2 boiled potatoes, 1/2 tbs salt, 2 tbsp cornflour, and mix well. Apply some oil on the dough.

Take a plastic sheet, apply oil to it. Now Put the dough cover with plastic and roll it. Now with help of cookie-cutter, cut it in a small round shape, and make a smiley face on it.

Heat oil in a pan. Add smileys one by one and fry it till golden brown and crispy.
