How to make maggie manchurian
You all must be eaten maggie and Manchurian individually. Now try this amazing combo of these two, Maggie Manchurian. You will all surely like it very much.
Step 1: Prepare maggie balls
Take water in a pan, add 2 pack Maggie and cook it. Do not overcook it. Now drain it and take out in a bowl. Add 1 small size finely chopped onion, carrot, and capsicum. Add 1-inch ginger finely chopped, 3-4 piece finely chopped garlic, 2-3 finely chopped green chili, ¼ tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 salt, 1 tsp soya sauce, Maggie masala, 1 tsp maida, 2 tsp cornflour, 2 tsp schezwan sauce and mx well. Now apply oil on your palm. Take a portion from the mixture and roll it and make balls. Take Maggie in a plate and crushed with hand and coat this ball with Maggie. Heat oil in a pan and fry these balls in medium flame.
Step 2: Prepare maggiee manchurian
Again heat 2 tsp oil in a pan. Add 3-4 piece finely chopped garlic, 1 inch finely chopped ginger, and 2-3 finely chopped green chilli and fry for 20-30 sec. add 1 small onion finely chopped and cook till it becomes soft. Now add 1 small size capsicum and an onion cut in cubes and cook for 2-3 min. now add 1 tsp tomato sauce, 2 tsp spicy red sauce, 1 tsp chilli sauce, 1 tsp soya sauce, ¼ tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp salt and stir it. Now add some water and cook for some time so that capsicum becomes soft. Now add ¼ cup water and mix it and let it boil. When it starts boiling add fried Maggie balls. Mix it well. Now add 1 and ½ tsp cornflour water and mix it. Now serve it and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
