How to make kalakand
Kalakand is a popular Indian sweet made by reducing milk and sugar. It is very soft, moist, juicy, tastes delicious. It is garnished with a fine chopped nuts
Step 1: cook
TAKE 1 LITER OF MILK AND LET IT BOIL. KEEP STIR AND COOK TILL MILK BECOMES ONLY 1/3 OF THE WHOLE. FOR THIS PROCESS 40-45 MIN IS NEEDED. NOW ADD 100 GRAM SUGAR AND STIR IT. ADD 1/2 TSP CARDAMOM POWDER NOW AND COOK IT FOR 15-20 MIN. AFTER 20 MIN ADD 200 GRAM GRATED PANEER AND MIX WELL. KEEP STIR AND COOK TILL IT COMES IN BATTER FORM
Step 2: Give Shape
TAKE A TRAY AND GREASE WITH BUTTER. YOU CAN USE ANY KIND OF UTENSIL AND CAN USE VEGETABLE OIL INSTEAD OF BUTTER. PUT BATTER IN TRAY AND SET WITH SPATULA BY TAPPING. NOW ADD PISTACHIO FOR GARNISHING. CUT IN SQUARE SIZE AND LEAVE IT FOR COOL. KALAKAND IS READY.
