How to make Eid special layali lubnan

सूजी से बनाएं टेस्टी और लज़ीज़ अरेबियन डिजर्ट लेल लुबनान। जो कि ईद में बनने वाली अरब की एक बोहुत ही खास मिठाई है ।कल ईद में इसे अपने घर मे अपने मेहमानों के लिए बनाएं और सब को खिलाएं। 



Step 1: prepare first layer
In a pan, add 1/4 cup Rava, 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 lit milk, 1/2 tsp vanilla essence and mix well. Now put the pan on a gas flame, continuously stir it and cook till it becomes thick. After that pour it into a container and freeze it for some time.
Step 2: Make sugar syrup for 2nd layer
In a pan, add 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup water, 1/2 tsp vanilla essence, and mix well and cook till sugar dissolve. add 1/4 tsp lemon juice and mix well. sugar syrup is ready.
Step 3: Another layer of layali lubnan
In another pan, add 1 cup milk, 2 tbs sugar, 1/2 tsp vanilla essence, and mix well. now in 1 tbs milk, add 1 tbsp cornflour and mix well. add this cornflour mixture to the milk and mix well. now add 1/2 cup chena and cook in medium flame till creamy while continuously stirring.
Step 4: Assemble
Now pour this mixture into the container as a second layer after cooling it. garnish with pistachio powder and at the end pour sugar syrup. Layali lubnan is ready. Freeze it before serving.
