How to make chicken tikka biryani
Step by step instruction of chicken tikka biryani. Eid special recipe and it is very tasty.
Step 1: Marinate
Take 1 kg chicken, salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, crushed dry red chilli, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, 1 lemon juice, ¼ tsp fruit colour, curd and 2 tbs oil in a bowl and mix well. Again add 2 tbs oil, mix it, cover it and marinate for 30 minutes.
Step 2: cook
Put chicken pieces one by one in a pan without gravy and cook it in high flame.
Step 3: cook
Take ½ kg rice soaked for ½ hr. take this rice in a pan. Add 2-liter water, 2 bay leaves, salt, 2 tsp oil and cook it. Now filer this rice. Heat 2 tbs cooking oil in a pan. Add gravy which is left after marination and cook it in high flame. Add tomato puree and mix it. Take some gravy in a bowl and keep aside. Now low the flame and add half rice, spread with spatula then put chicken pieces and again add 1 more layer of rice and spread it. Now add gravy and again put chicken pieces, chopped pudina and coriander leaves, green chilli cut in 2 pieces, and ½ lemon juice. Now add remaining rice and spread it. Add chopped coriander and pudina leaves, green chilli cut in pieces, ½ lemon juice and ¼ tsp red fruit colour. Now cover it and cook for 15-20 min. After 15-20 min biryani is ready. Now serve it.
