How to make chicken pulaw

बिरयानी तो बोहुत खायो होगी आप ने ये बिरयानी नही खाई होगी । इसे आप बोहुत ही जल्दी वो भी बिना कोई मसाले के बना सकते हैं।इसमे नाही जीरा पाउडर नही धनिया पाउडर चाहिए। बस खड़े मसलों से आप इसे बना सकते हैं वो भी बोहुत ही काम टाइम में । इस ईद में इसे एक बार जरूर बनाएं और सबको खिलाएं ।।



Step 1: Marinate chicken
Take ½ kg chicken, salt a/c to taste, 2 tsp ginger garlic paste and ½ cup curd or lemon juice in a bowl and mix well. Keep this mixture aside.
Step 2: Prepare pulaw
Heat 3 tbs oil in a pan. Add cardamom, star anise, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaf, and black pepper and fry it. Now add 6 onion, cuts in slices, 4-5 chopped green chilli and cook it till onion becomes golden brown. When the onion has cooked, add chicken, mix it and cook in high flame. When the chicken has cooked, add ½ kg rice which is soaked in water for ½ hr. now add chopped coriander leaves, 3-4 pinch salt and mix it. Now add 3 cups of water. Water measurement should be double of rice. Now let it boil. When it is boiling, cover it and cook for 15-20 min on medium flame. After 20 min put off the gas flame and leave it for 10 min. after 10 min removes the lid, add 1 pinch orange-red food colour. Now take out in a plate. Add chopped coriander for garnishing and serve it.
