Step 1: Prepare batter for rusk
Take butter in a bowl, add sugar and beat till creamy. Now add 3 eggs one by one and beat every time for 1 min. add vanilla essence and mix well. Now add sieved maida, baking powder and mix well. now beat it for 30 sec. batter is ready.
Step 2: Bake the rusk
Now grease a cake tin with oil and put a butter paper in it. now pour batter into the tin and spread it. now place this tin into preheated OTG and bake it for 35 min.
Step 3: Bake again
Now take it out cake let cool down it and cut it in pieces. now take a baking tray and put a butter paper in it. now put pieces of cake and maintain distance. and bake it from both sides for 15 min.
Step 4: Make green tea
Take 1 tsp organic Japanese tea in a cup and add 100 ml hot boiling water and mux well. green tea is ready.
